Computer Support                                                                                   Software?

Favio offers Computer Services with a variety of Software Support Agreements. Favio covers Operating System Support, Network Support (Network Operating System), Backup Software Support, Antivirus Software Support and Application Software Support.

OS Support

Operating System Support provides for re-installation of customer supplied operating system and driver software, as required, after a hardware failure (Post Hardware Failure), or after an operating system failure (Post Hardware or Software Failure).

Networking Support

Network Operating System Support provides full monitoring and maintenance of your network including routers, hubs, switches and network cards.

Server Support

Favio offers professional support all makes of servers. Managed Service contracts involve daily monitoring of backup logs, monthly recovery testing of all tapes and quarterly FULL recovery testing of client tapes.

Telephone Support

Telephone Support provides telephone assistance in the resolution of faults with hardware or software.

Operational Support

Operational Support means we support all aspects of your working business, ERP, Risk Analysis, Disaster Recovery, Security, remote sales staff, laptops, PDA's or SMS messaging.

Backup Support

Backup Software Support provides for re-installation of customer supplied Backup Software after a hardware failure (Post Hardware Failure), or after an operating system or tape Backup Software failure (Post Hardware or Software Failure).

Patch and Monitoring Support

Favio also offer Service Pack and Update Support for any patches if required. We offer full remote maintenance and support via secure links to our server on client sites (which we provide free to Managed Service clients if they have Broadband).

Failsafe Support

Favio will work with the client to provide the backup regime the client feels comfortable with. Favio will not provide over specifications for any product or service but will explain the risk (and subsequent probability of loss) before implementation.
