Through our research we have come to realise that
many small/medium companies outsourcing their IT Support,
are unhappy with that support. Amongst the issues
seem to be unfriendly support staff, very long response
times and salesmen visiting instead of the required engineers.
We decided things needed changing!
As a group we realised that we have both the skills and
experience needed to provide companies with better IT support.
We have experience of managing Support Desks, solving the
majority of issues with the customers first phone call. We have
developed a utility to monitor all a companies hardware and report
potential issues before they arise, thus giving us plenty of time
to prevent a problem developing in the first place.
