Secure Home Connections





Favio Ltd supports both home-to-office and remote-to-office connections. This includes GPRS, 3G, ADSL, modem or WiFi using Blackberry, PDA, portable laptops or home desktops.


Favio Ltd technicians are equipped with 3G connectors that allow them to maintain and repair remote users machines. It also means that if there is an urgent issue, even if our technician is in transit, they can stop and connect into client sites from the side of the road.


Favio Ltd install SSL or VPN routers at their own site and at client sites. These routers allow secure access back to remote machines. This means that, provided the remote user can access the internet, that Favio technicians can connect onto the remote machine and repair any problems, wherever they are in the world. Our record is repairing a user's laptop in India!


Where connection is an important part of our client's business, we encourage two methods of external connection. Our biggest clients use SSL routers and an alternative hardware or software VPN (virtual private network).








The fully Managed Services contracts also cover technical support for staff at home or on the road.

We can connect to user's home systems or to machines at Hot Spots or to clients using 3G dongles. We can work on their machines remotely or simply advise as to how to quickly resolve issues.

We can also attend at client's homes or even at your client's sites. We have even helped out with client's client's IT problems before now!

Remote working is an essential part of a modern company's IT System. Favio has spent many years connecting in remotely and setting up clients to work remotely.

We can set up client users to receive mail, access files though ftp servers or simply work remotely from external sites. We were at the forefront in setting up users to work from another country.

Today we have at least one client who have invoices that are being generated directly on their local servers by remote staff in another country.

We have even acted as technical support to sales staff in India.
